Kainotera does not sell, rent, or assign the personal data of Users to third-party companies under any circumstances, except in the specific scenario detailed below:

  • Commercial Agent of Cloud Formación S.L.: Kainotera S.A. acts as an authorized commercial agent of Cloud Formación S.L. (Spain) for the markets of the Argentine Republic and the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. If the literal inquiry expressed by the User in the "Estoy interesado en…" field unequivocally indicates an interest in the academic offerings, courses, or certifications of Cloud Formación S.L., the User expressly authorizes Kainotera S.A. to transfer their contact information (Name, Email, Company, and inquiry) to Cloud Formación S.L. in Spain, for the sole purpose of allowing said entity to process the corresponding academic or commercial request.

This transfer is carried out under strict confidentiality standards and in compliance with the data protection frameworks applicable to international transfers between the Argentine Republic / Oriental Republic of Uruguay and the European Union (GDPR).

6. Use of Cookies
