Our pricing model is personalized and structured in three main components: Total price for chatbot development: This price is defined according to the project stages and corresponding payments, which include:

• Needs assessment and budget: After defining the initial design input requirements, a detailed budget is agreed upon with the total price and project stages.
• Contract signing and first payment: 50% of the budget is invoiced at project start.
• Delivery of a functional Prototype: Typically delivered in 7 days.
• Prototype review and client feedback: The client can propose additional design input requirements. If these requirements have a significant cost impact, we will agree on an additional budget. At this stage, the testing plan that will determine the acceptance of the chatbot's performance is also agreed upon.
• Deployment in development environment (DEV) and second payment: 30% of the budget plus any agreed additional budget is invoiced.
• Final testing and chatbot adjustments: Both the client and Kainotera perform final testing, and necessary adjustments are made to meet the input requirements (initial and additional).
• Acceptance and entry into production: The remaining 20% is invoiced upon project completion. This model ensures transparency and flexibility, allowing the project scope to be adjusted according to the client's needs.

Monthly price for chatbot usage: This fee includes usage within agreed operational parameters. We offer discounts for long-term commitments, such as advance payment for a full year, which allows paying only 10 of the 12 monthly installments, obtaining a 16.7% discount.

Price for complementary services: These costs cover tasks such as:

• Updating the chatbot's vectorized database.
• Expansions of the knowledge base.
• Use of our self-management platform. These services are invoiced according to specific needs and are budgeted separately.
